Is food given by them really turn into poison?

When I was preteen, I used to feel ill about the person who was long victimized as Poison Giver (kha phog mi), I dread hitherto, I feared till now. Such is the strength of inculcation and unreformed culture.

But now I analyzed that something is fallacious in the societal belief.

And I feel wrong severely; victims are neither considered nor put to front as a subject of praise and there is no education and awareness to purge negative conviction in the society till now, and hither to victims were neglected by the multitude. The emotional exploitation of being neglected from the society would even leads to taking one’s life, as recent happiness rate index calculated that 80 percent of the people who took their own life were from rural areas. I felt that it could be the reason behind tragic suicide, for there will be more than 3 victims out of 40 households in rural village. And as a fuel to fire, many people's lives in rural areas were robustly intertwined with the orthodox belief systems.

The victims’ generation would be in pain, problems and would undergo severe depression, if we do not make them physically and psychologically balanced with societal egality, and furthermore due to multitudinous negligence, some of the victim’s children indulges in abusing suppressed sycophantic substances which ultimately leads to the loss of productive citizen of Nation.

Something should be regenerated in our society in order to foreclose an inequality to the victims. Now it is an era to alter the nature of our thoughts and belief about it, as the generation changes and when our nation trots along the democratic path abiding the principles of Gross National Happiness.

No time for complex Buddhism summarization.part I

Image result for Buddhismwhat is Buddhism?

Buddhism is the art of living and dying in a harmonious manner,it is the path to the highest level of happiness or eternal bliss through the practice of being kind, compassionate and respectful to other being knowing the inter-dependency to make complete you and me.

Who is Buddha?

Buddha is a ordinary person who is awakened from all the worldly confusions and illusions, who gained super-human qualities through understanding and practice of Emptiness or self-realization mindfully.Normally, people understand and believes Buddha as prince Gautama who had attained Buddha-hood in Bodh- gaya;he is just one of many Buddhas. We should know and understand that there were Buddhas in the past,Buddha at present and there will be more Buddhas in the future.

What are the Buddha's teachings?

To overcome eighty four thousand negative states of mind the Buddha taught a total of eighty four thousand teachings to eliminate those negative thoughts and karma(actions). These teachings were divided to three categories known as Tripitaka.

1.Teaching of Morality-It is about discipline

2.Teaching of Sutra-(formula)-It is about self realization or Emptiness

3.Teaching of Abhidharma-It is about universe and nature of being

Buddha gave three teachings according to level of its highness as follows:

a.First teaching for the primary level-It is four noble truth.

b.Second teaching for the higher level-Emptiness or self realization.

c.Third teaching for the highest level-It is about Buddha nature(that every being have Buddha nature that has to be awakened)

         First four noble truths

There is suffering(old age, illness and death)

There is cause of suffering(Ignorance)

There is end of suffering(Attaining Buddha-hood)

There is way to end suffering(Realization of Emptiness through study of eight fold paths and Meditation)

          Second is emptiness

It is related to paths for the end of suffering,by understanding the non-existence of complete you and me without other person, minerals and other elements of the earth.

Third is pure vision or Buddha nature

It is associated to the end of suffering by awakening the Buddha nature within us.

Who am i ?

This is the question I often ask to myself whenever I am alone, whenever some mysterious things happen to me coinciding to my intriguing thought; why I exist here in this mysterious cosmos? and whenever people around me reacts badly to this and positively to that simple deed of mine.

But no matter how much I contemplate on it, no matter how much I query myself innumerably, and no matter how much I search into every nook and corner of my heart literally; I did not get the answer that leads me to the abode of self-realization. The more I ponder over it the more complex it become to me like the complexity of the Emptiness in the Buddhism. This is the confusion-provoking query where the Emptiness is related to it and negates the most common and ordinary answers to the question. For instance, if I say that I am student, but I am not student without teacher, not king sans citizen, not father without children, not boyfriend without gal-friend, not winner sans loser and not topper without person behind me. I am nothing without all those elements.

And then the answer is I am empty, but the emptiness is not empty, and emptiness is not nothingness. It is that I am empty of complete myself and you are empty of full you.

Then, who am I? The contemplation on this question that makes you journey inward is the meditation which I think that the true answers will give you positive energy to understand Emptiness ultimately.

My answer for this is I am DEVIL.

If I kill other living beings, if I think bad to other and if I speak bad to other intentionally to make them lower and without knowing why I speak that particular words.
If you ask this inquiry again and again and if you are doing this deed, you will come to know that you are devil.
And some day you will change yourself because you would know you are bad, through this contemplation. (you' here refers to me also)

The bitter regret

Image result for solar eclipse
IT is on Sunday, on lonely day.
A regret walks into my soul
Abode, my soul became to him.
He grew and grasped my soul wholly.
My thought feeds him pretty well

I'm the one dead man walking.
On the Ghost's soil of loneliness
The memories were no sweeter.
He plays no music sweet and soft.
Speaks no words of inspiration.

OH! it is unbearable.
He invaded my soul.
Like lasting solar eclipse
 But people concern solar eclipse.

Yet I hear her prayers.
"You are my best son.
Let you get fulfilment.
Of dreams you aspired"

Then Held my giraffe head up.
To see the Northern star sparkling
Never to let it down
To watch yellowish grass dancing
In the atmosphere of solitude.

This poem expresses about our mind which would bring many confusions and sorrows if it is not untamed and unrealized. Every confusion, regrets and sorrows come and become stronger which would also lead to suicide. All this happens due to lack of realization of our mind. We are the creator of the sorrows to our-selves. This poem also emphasizes that even in the ocean of sorrows there is one being who concerns about you, that is your parents though you sense a negligence from the people around you. and the poem Also expresses many personal thoughts and emotions.
